System Maintenance

Impact to Services

We are undertaking scheduled system maintenance which will impact our digital banking services between 7.45pm Friday 14 November and 2.00pm Saturday 15 November 2025 (Sydney time). During this time limits will also apply to Visa card and other transactions.


This essential maintenance will enhance our systems and ensure we deliver an optimal banking experience for our members.


We aim to keep member impact to a minimum during this scheduled maintenance. Please find affected services below.

Details

Internet and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from 7.45pm Friday 14 November until 2.00pm Saturday 15 November (Sydney time)

Internet and Mobile Banking

You will not be able to log in, view, or make payments from your accounts.


You will also be unable to create new consents, revoke existing consents, or view current consents for Open Banking Data Sharing.


When internet and mobile banking become available after the system maintenance you may receive a number of alerts by email or SMS for any transactions completed during the outage period. 

A $500 daily limit applies for all purchase transactions made during the scheduled maintenance period (i.e. $500 limit from 7.45pm to 11.59pm Friday 14 November and $500 limit from 12.00am to 2.00pm Saturday 15 November – Sydney time)


Note: Daily limit is shared with Visa Credit purchase limit and ATM withdrawals. 

Visa Debit Card

A purchase limit applies.

Visa Credit Card

Services are limited.

A $500 daily limit applies for all purchase transactions made during the scheduled maintenance (i.e. $500 limit from 7.45pm to 11.59pm Friday 14 November and $500 limit from 12.00am to 2.00pm Saturday 15 November – Sydney time)


Note: Daily limit is shared with Visa Debit purchase limit and ATM withdrawals. 

Receiving Payments

Payments into your accounts will occur as normal. You will be able to see all payments when you log back into digital banking after the scheduled maintenance. 

No impact.

Regular Payments

Regular set payments, such as to pay your phone bill, will be processed as normal. You will be able to see these payments when you log back into digital banking after the scheduled maintenance. 

No impact.

ATMs

A withdrawal limit applies. 

A $500 daily cash withdrawal limit applies during the scheduled maintenance.

(i.e. $500 limit from 7.45pm to 11.59pm Friday 14 November and $500 limit from 12.00am to 2.00pm Saturday 15 November – Sydney time)


Note: Daily limit is shared with Visa Debit and Credit purchase limits. 

Branches

Our Stirling branch in WA and Robertson branch in the NT will both close early on Friday 14 November. 

Our Stirling branch in WA will be closed from 2pm on Friday 14 November (Western Australian time).

Our Robertson branch in the NT will be closed from 3.30pm on Friday 14 November (Northern Territory time)

Member Engagement Centre Support 

Our Member Engagement Centre will have limited access to systems during the scheduled maintenance.  

We recommend you contact us prior to the scheduled maintenance time for any urgent requests.


However, our Member Engagement Centre will have extended hours to take calls on Friday 14 November 8am to 8pm (Sydney time) and Saturday 15 November between 8am and 6pm (Sydney time)

We apologise for any inconvenience these impacts may cause you. 

What do you need to do?

  • If you need to make a purchase of over $500 during the scheduled system maintenance, we recommend you make this purchase or withdraw the necessary cash prior to 7.45pm on Friday 14 November (Sydney time).
  • If you need to access over $500 cash during the scheduled maintenance, we recommend you make a withdrawal prior to 7.45pm on Friday 14 November (Sydney time).
  • If you need to make a payment via Internet & Mobile Banking during the scheduled system maintenance, we recommend you make this payment prior to 7.45pm on Friday 14 November (Sydney time).
  • If you need to visit our Stirling WA or Robertson NT branches, we recommend you do so before their early closure times on Friday 14 November.
  • If you need to speak to the team in our Member Engagement Centre about your accounts, we recommend you do so before 6.00pm on Friday 14 November
